Terms & Conditions pk44 — Platform Terms of Use

By creating an account on pk44 (available at pk44.life), you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling rules published on the platform. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please do not proceed with registration.

Continued use of the platform after updated versions of the Terms are published constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes. The pk44 will notify users of significant changes via the registered email address or through a notice in the logged-in account area, with a minimum of 14 days' advance notice, except where immediate legal requirements apply.

To use the services of pk44, you are required to create a personal account providing truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user may maintain only an active account on the platform, linked to your CPF.

To enable withdrawals, users must complete the identity verification process (KYC — Know Your Customer) by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued ID (RG, CNH, or passport) and a proof of address in their own name issued no more than 90 days prior.

The pk44 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for regulatory compliance purposes. Accounts containing false, incomplete, or third-party information will be closed and balances held pending investigation in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.

The pk44 is a platform intended exclusively for:

• Individuals aged at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• Residents or individuals domiciled in Brazilian territory
• Holders of a valid and active CPF
• Individuals not included on any voluntary gambling exclusion list (such as the Cadastro de Pessoas Proibidas de Apostar — CPPA)

Use of the platform is expressly prohibited for employees, contractors, partners, and immediate family members of employees of pk44 or its technology providers. Accounts identified in this situation will be closed without prior notice.

The pk44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Brazilian Reais (BRL / R$). The available payment methods are:

Minimum deposit: R$ 20.00. There is no maximum limit per deposit, but transactions above R$ 10,000.00 may require proof of funds in accordance with Brazilian Federal Revenue and Central Bank regulations.

Minimum withdrawal: R$ 50.00. The amount available for withdrawal is your real account balance (excluding bonuses pending rollover). Withdrawals are processed only to bank accounts, Pix keys, or digital wallets held under the same name as the account holder at pk44. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

The pk44 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing withdrawals, especially for accounts that have never completed full identity verification (KYC) or that show unusual transaction patterns. Document review may take up to 5 business days.

Sports Betting on pk44 are fixed-odds, as set out in Law 14.790/2023. Upon confirming a bet, the odds recorded at the time of confirmation are the ones that apply, regardless of any subsequent changes in market odds.

• The minimum amount per single bet is R$ 2.00.
• Combination (parlay) bets can include up to 20 selections from different events.
• Live bets are subject to broadcast delay — the pk44 does not accept liability for bets placed based on match information that has already occurred but is not yet reflected in the platform's live scoreboard.
• Postponed games remain pending for up to 72 hours. If the event has not taken place within that period, the bet is cancelled and the amount returned to the user's balance.
• If a game starts but is not completed within 12 hours (excluding extra time and penalty shootouts), all bets on the event are cancelled except for markets whose outcome was already determined before the interruption.
• The pk44 may limit bet amounts, adjust odds, or suspend markets without prior notice in situations of high volume or suspected irregularity.

For settlement purposes, extra time and penalty shootouts are not included in 90-minute result markets (1X2, handicap, total goals) unless expressly stated in the market. Bets on "advancement" in knockout competitions cover all stages of play, including extra time and penalty shootouts.

The casino games, slots, and crash games available on pk44 are provided by licensed third-party providers and use Random Number Generators (RNG) certified by independent audits. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is displayed in that title's information section.

For crash games (such as Aviator, Spaceman, and similar), each round generates a publicly verifiable cryptographic hash before the game begins, ensuring the outcome is not determined after bets are placed. Users can verify the integrity of any round using the verification tool available in the game history.

• Minimum bet amounts per round vary by game and are indicated on each title.
• Technical failures during a round that prevent the game from completing normally will result in round cancellation and a full refund of all bets.
• The pk44 is not liable for losses resulting from connection failures on the user's end during an ongoing round.
• Demo mode is available for most titles and involves no real money — it's completely free and requires no registration.

The poker tables at pk44 operate in Texas Hold'em format and variants defined at each table or tournament. The use of assistance software, bots, external HUDs (Heads-Up Displays), or any tool that automates decisions or provides illegitimate information is strictly prohibited.

• Collusion between players (chip dumping, soft play between linked accounts) is grounds for immediate account ban and balance forfeiture.
• The rake (commission of the pk44) is deducted from each hand played in accordance with the current rate table published in the Poker section of the platform.
• Excessive sit-outs in tournaments may result in automatic removal from the table with loss of the buy-in, in accordance with each tournament's rules.
• Any bugs or software errors identified during a hand must be reported to support immediately. Deliberate exploitation of technical flaws will result in a permanent ban.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk44:

• Creating multiple accounts in order to claim bonuses or circumvent restrictions
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Systematic odds arbitrage (arbing) aimed at exploiting price differences across markets
• Colluding with other users to manipulate bet outcomes or poker game results
• Money laundering or any other illicit financial activity using the platform
• Attempting to defraud payment systems, or filing unwarranted credit card chargebacks after services have been rendered
• Use of VPNs or proxies to access the platform from blocked regions or to conceal your actual location
• Sharing an account with third parties or using an account on behalf of another person

The identification of any such conduct may result in immediate account suspension, balance retention for investigation, and reporting to the relevant authorities when the conduct constitutes a legal violation. The pk44 fully cooperates with investigations by Brazilian authorities related to suspicious activity on the platform.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting pk44 support. pk44. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals are processed and any available real balance is returned to the bank account or Pix key registered under the account holder's name.

The pk44 may close or suspend accounts in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any unlawful conduct
• Detection of underage access
• User's own request via responsible gambling self-exclusion
• Extended inactivity (account with no activity for more than 24 months)

In the event of closure due to confirmed misconduct, the pk44 reserves the right to hold the account balance, including betting winnings, until the investigation is complete. Bonus balances are always forfeited without refund in the event of account closure due to a terms violation.

The pk44 believes betting should be a form of entertainment, never a source of financial or emotional stress. That's why we offer control tools you can activate at any time from your account dashboard:

• Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit: Set by the user. Takes effect immediately upon request and can only be increased after a 7-day waiting period.
• Betting limits: Maximum cap per individual bet.
• Session time limit: Session alerts and time-based locks.
• Account pause (cooling-off): Temporary suspension of access for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months. Takes effect immediately.
• Permanent self-exclusion: Permanent account closure with no possibility of re-registration. The pk44 uses the self-exclusion list to block new registration attempts using the same CPF.

The pk44 provides the platform "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or freedom from technical failures. Under no circumstances shall pk44 will be responsible for:

• Financial losses resulting from bets placed based on incorrect information provided by the user
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or unforeseen events
• Unauthorized access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials
• Indirect losses, consequential damages, or lost profits of any kind
• Changes to live bet values caused by sports data transmission delays

The total liability of the pk44 for any individual claim is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the event that gave rise to the claim, except in cases of proven fraud or gross negligence.

The pk44 may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect operational, regulatory, or legal changes. Any material update will be communicated to users at least 14 days in advance via email and a notice in the account dashboard.

Changes required by new legislation or a regulatory authority's ruling may take effect immediately, without the standard advance notice period. In such cases, the pk44 will send a communication as soon as possible.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the new terms, you may close your account before the effective date at no cost or penalty.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in particular Lei 14.790/2023 (fixed-odds sports betting), the Consumer Protection Code (Lei 8.078/1990), the LGPD (Lei 13.709/2018), and other regulations applicable to the digital entertainment sector.

Any disputes or controversies arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the courts of the district of São Paulo — SP, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
